Production/Quality Manager

The mission of this role is to oversee overall Production to ensure a streamlined throughput of quality, complete orders processed in a safe and efficient manner. Remove bottlenecks, Lead, Coach, and hold the team accountable to high safety, quality and performance standards.

Accountabilities:

• Leadership + Coaching = Accountability -Everyone understand their Metrics/Processes. Everyone Understands Safety & Quality protocol.
• Team Safety - Strive for 100% safety and zero accidents. Maintain above OSHA standards workplace.
• Quality Control - Implement and enforce quality standards. Train & coach the team on these standards. Ensure all Sales Orders meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Throughput - Identify, exploit, and elevate bottlenecks to improve throughput. Prioritize and organize roles to ensure team is kept productive. Ensure 95%+ Sales Orders are Fulfilled In Full, On Time.
• Efficiency - Eliminate waste (Lean) and improve throughput. Manage teams work schedules to minimize overtime hours
