Route Truck Driver

NTS Tire Supply's Route Truck Driver role involves delivering farm tires and wheels to farms, equipment dealers and tire shops across southern Minnesota as well as some into WI, SD and IA. The routes are usually 8 - 12 hour days, sometimes up to 14 hour days, but you always will be back home at nights. You will be part of a family business with a great culture, and we really are looking for someone who has a customer service talent too, because when you deliver to these farms it's important to be friendly and helpful, and go the extra mile to make them very happy with the service, so they'll want to keep buying from us.

Accountabilities

• Safe Driving - No moving violations or accidents
• Deliver Sales Orders - Accurately get the right products to the right customers, and safely load/unload products.
• Customer Experience - Positive Customer interactions, going above and beyond to make each stop a superior customer experience.
• Accurate Recordkeeping - Correctly complete all paperwork. Accurately mark products as per return process
• DOT Compliance - Load securely tied down. Vehicle inspection compliance. You will need a CDL for this role.
