Finishing Specialist

This role involves applying powder coat finish to wheels and other hardware for farm equipment, such as hubs, spacers, etc. You will apply powder, and then move the finished products into the bake oven, and remove them once baked. A full air flow hood is provided.

Along with this, you will be asked to help out in other areas of manufacturing as needed to keep the production line flowing as smoothly as possible.

Accountabilities:

• Apply Powder - Apply appropriate powder coat finish to products. Ensure consistent, even coats with appropriate thickness
• Bake Oven - Bake products to the correct temp for a high quality, durable finish
• Inspection & Rework - Inspect the final product to ensure correct coating thickness, gloss, cover and color. Anything that is not correct should be recoated to make it right
• Process Management - Ensure you have the right tools, process, and supplies required to perform your role at a high level, in a safe & efficient manner.
