This Haul Truck is Unstoppable Thanks to Floater Tires
Bevins Excavating purchased a Cat haul truck because they needed it to move material. But because of its factory tires, it spent part of its days dragging its axles through the mud. Instead of replacing it with a more expensive track version, Nick Lambert called NTS Tire Supply. After spending just minutes on the phone with our wheel engineer and sales team, Nick had a set of floater tires and custom wheels on the way. Now, this haul truck keeps moving where wet conditions used to stop it.
This Loader Was Holding An Entire Company Back. Not Anymore.
Cut loading time from 12–15 minutes down to 5 minutes. Get back to work a day sooner after a soaking rain. And do both while minimizing soil damage in customers' fields. For Heartland Farm Service, those improvements all started with one change. After upgrading from stock OTR tires to floater tires, Jacob and his team transformed their loader from a bottleneck into a big advantage.
It’s a Totally Different Loader Now
With its stock OTR tires, Garet’s Volvo left deep tracks in the mud and would dog down loading manure. Now, Garet flies in and out of the pile like there’s nothing holding him back. And at the same time, he’s enjoying the more comfortable, stable ride. As he says, “it’s a totally different loader now.”
This Payloader Doesn’t Get Any Days Off Now
“The payloader doesn’t get any days off now.” When it wore stock OTR tires, rain and mud would shut down Adam’s payloader. Not any more. SDS Organic Solutions keeps rolling rain or shine. Receiving, shipping, loading—it all continues rain or shine thanks to his new set of 750 floater tires. From better traction and flotation to greater stability and ride comfort, Adam doesn’t plan on looking back. He’s looking forward to more sets of floater tires for his other loaders.
It Takes a Loader to the Next Level
Payloaders do a lot of the heavy lifting for Johnson Brothers Grain and Livestock. Problem was, the loaders’ industrial tires caused serious compaction problems, rode rough, and sunk away when the fields turned wet. Now, with new floater tire setups from NTS Tire Supply, Scott Johnson’s payloaders are busier than ever before.
From Blowout to Blown Away
Clint Kiecker’s DB44 planter pulls smoother and floats better than ever thanks to some creative problem solving by our tire experts. A tire failure on the way home from the dealership started it all. Now, Clint rolls with a wider aftermarket tire setup that performs so well, he has a hard time finding his planter tracks.
A Ford with a Future
Scott Eiler’s dad bought their Ford TW-15 new in 1990. It was the first tractor Scott learned to drive, and it’s still going strong today. Scott recently partnered with NTS Tire Supply to switch the tractor over to 22-inch rows, which included a new set of custom wheels and Alliance FarmPro tires. The process took only 3 weeks from start to finish. “I figure on keeping the tractor for some time.”

Saved $20K!
Joe saved $20K when we helped him upgrade his Versatile 375 from duals to 1250 LSWs. How? We reconditioned used wheels to fit his tractor with mint condition used tires. Dramatically better performance for WAY less money!
These Snow Tires Changed Everything
LADC Companies relies on compact wheel loaders to push snow efficiently, even when conditions are at their worst. After seeing the difference dedicated snow tires made on its equipment, LADC worked with Midwest Machinery and NTS Tire Supply to upgrade 30 John Deere 244P loaders from their factory 18-inch tire and wheel setups to Nokian snow tires on custom 20-inch wheels manufactured by NTS. According to Brandon Riley, the difference goes well beyond traction. The new setup allows LADC to run bigger pushers, move more snow, and get more productivity from its compact loaders. Hear Brandon explain why snow tires have become a must-have for LADC's snow removal fleet.
A Tire Setup Built for Manure Hauling
Custom manure haulers like Justin White don’t have time for bull. His 5 John Deere tractors sport a wide single tire setup with custom flat black wheels by NTS. They look mean and also mean business. They’re easy to clean between jobs and give Justin the traction and flotation he needs to stay on the move. What else does he like about his tires? The fact that he doesn’t have to put up with BS when ordering them. In fact, he drives nearly 2 hours to pick them up at NTS because of customer service that’s “second to none.”
A Custom Tire Setup for the Ultimate Silage-Packing Machine
When Kyle Petersen at Nebraska Harvest Center needed to outfit several Claas Xerion tractors with a tricky wider tire setup, he turned to NTS Tire Supply. His customer needed the tractors to put down the maximum footprint possible for packing massive amounts of silage. But the tire setup also needed to fit within the blade width and be able to run down 30-inch rows for fieldwork. So NTS’s tire and wheel experts went to work and packed these tractors with as much footprint as they could handle.
More Versatile
A farmer wanted more grip for his Versatile than the largest factory 800/70R38s would offer. So, we mounted massive LSW900/50R46s on custom wheels and spacers that we sourced from Keltgen Wheel.
Fendt Up with Waiting
Logan called us because he was having problems getting floaters for his Fendt 937. He'd been waiting months from another tire shop. We got him rolling in 7 days with a set of 620/70R46 Goodyears on custom wheels shipped across the country. Upgrading & optimizing your machines doesn't have to be complicated when you work with NTS!
Bold in Black
Better flotation. Better handling. And a sweet, bold new look for this sprayer with custom powder coated flat black wheels and VF Alliance Agriflex+ 354s. Can you keep spraying on track with the right tires and wheels? You bet!
