We’re launching something big in the agricultural equipment space — and we’re looking for the right personality to help build it.
Traction Gurus is a new YouTube and social media channel focused on tractor tire and track changeovers, customer stories, field comparisons (tracks vs. tires), and behind-the-scenes equipment projects that farmers actually care about.
This isn’t a “social media coordinator” role.
This is a build-a-channel-from-the-ground-up opportunity for someone who:
- Loves being on camera
- Has natural personality and confidence
- Understands the agriculture space and can connect with farmers.
- Can turn technical topics into engaging stories
- Thinks creatively about content ideas
- And can project manage episodes from idea to publish
You’ll be the face of the channel — and the engine behind it.
What You’ll Do
On-Camera Hosting
- Host YouTube episodes featuring customer stories and changeover projects
- Explain technical concepts (wide vs narrow tires, tracks vs tires, etc.) in an engaging, relatable way
- Bring energy, personality, and entertainment value to every shoot
Content Strategy & Idea Development
- Develop episode ideas and series concepts
- Identify trending topics and industry conversations
- Help shape the voice and brand of Traction Gurus
- Plan content calendars
Project Management
- Coordinate shoot schedules with customers and internal teams
- Outline episodes and talking points
- Work with video editors to ensure the final product matches the vision
- Keep production moving consistently
Channel Growth
- Collaborate on YouTube strategy (titles, thumbnails, positioning)
- Analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
- Help grow subscribers and engagement
- Explore additional platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Shorts, etc.)
What We’re Looking For
You might be a fit if you:
- Naturally enjoy being on camera
- Have strong communication skills
- Agricultural background or familiarity with farming equipment
- Can simplify complex information
- Have entrepreneurial energy
- Take ownership of projects
- Are organized and execution-focused
- Have experience creating content (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, podcast, etc.)
- Understand what makes people subscribe and follow
Bonus points for:
- Video production experience
- Prior channel growth experience
- Marketing or brand-building experience
What This Role Is NOT
- It’s not a behind-the-scenes admin role.
- It’s not just posting on social media.
- It’s not reading from a script.
This is for someone who wants to build something recognizable in a niche industry and potentially become a known voice in the ag equipment world.
