The mission of this role is to generate Leads, Sales Opportunities and Brand Awareness for NTS Tire Supply through multi-channel marketing campaigns, in alignment with our overall Brand Strategy.

Some of the Accountabilities that will be expected of you in this role:
- L+C=A) Leadership + Coaching = Accountability - You will have one direct report to start with, but also will manage external contractors. Coordinate workflow/workload between team members and contractors.
- Campaign Management - Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns (digital, print, events, etc.), working closely with the Sales Team to ensure relevance. Coordinate cross-channel efforts (email, web, social media, advertising). Create video, photo and other content as needed.
- Digital Marketing Oversight - Oversee website content, SEO/SEM, and online advertising. Manage social media strategy and engagement. Ensure data-driven optimization through analytics & reporting tools.
- Opportunity Creation - Monitor activity & leads from social, email, webstore etc. Identify potential customers and add to Customer Journey’s Assign Opportunities to the Sales Teams.
- Prospecting Calls - Coordinate & train prospect calling for all office staff. Stay involved and engaged by joining in doing calls yourself, test out the call scripts, processes, etc.
This role would be working closely with our sales team to understand what type of content to produce and promote, and coordinating with customers to create customer story testimonials, and working closely with our external company currently managing our overall brand marketing strategy and website; this external company would continue with the high level marketing efforts, while your role would primarily be focused on producing the rapid-fire daily and weekly marketing content, focused on getting leads for the sales team.
