Payloader Floater Tire & Wheel Packages

Built to float where standard tires sink.

Get more rubber on the ground for better flotation, faster loading, and more productive days.

01 Increase Flotation
02 Reduce Rutting & Soil Compaction
03 Improve Your Ride

Your loader isn't the problem. Its footprint is.

Standard construction tires don't put enough rubber on the ground. The result is rutting, compaction, and tires that slip and spin when you need traction.

Worst-case scenario? Your loader is stuck—or parked—when you have work to do.

Standard OTR tires leave you with:

  • Deep ruts in fields, silage piles or feedlots
  • Reduced pushing power and traction
  • Slower loading and low productivity
  • Increased risk of getting stuck
  • Rough rides that leave you tired and sore

Why Loader Floats Work

Loader float tires get more rubber on the ground and spread your machine's weight across a much larger footprint. The result is better flotation, faster loading, less rutting, and a smoother ride. Most importantly, you'll keep working in soft conditions that leave other loaders stuck. Whether you're hauling manure, packing silage, handling feed, or loading bales, a float setup keeps your operation rolling.

Ideal for:

  • Silage packing and feed handling
  • Dairies and feedlots
  • Manure handling
  • Compost and biomass operations
  • Soft field conditions

Why More Operators Are Choosing Floats

More Flotation

Stay on top—not buried—in tough conditions.

More Traction

Load faster with more secure handling, too.

Less Compaction

Minimize damage to silage piles, gravel lots, turf, and soft job sites.

Better Ride Comfort

Finish a long day without the sore back and fatigue.

Greater Stability

Gain confidence and control on uneven surfaces.

Higher Productivity

Get more work done when you spend less time bogged down in poor conditions.

Frequently Asked Questions

Call (888) 787-3559 to talk with an expert.

Will flotation tires fit my loader?

Most loaders can be fitted with flotation tire packages, though wheel specifications and clearance requirements vary by machine.

Do wider tires improve traction?

Yes. A larger footprint increases traction and stability by putting more rubber in contact with the ground. Additionally, the tractor-style tread is designed to maximize traction and cleanout in soft or muddy soil conditions.

Can I purchase complete tire and wheel packages?

Yes. NTS offers complete mounted and ready-to-install packages.

What's the difference between radial and bias flotation tires?

Radial tires provide better ride quality and larger footprints, while bias tires are often chosen for specific durability requirements. Nearly all of our customers choose radial tires.

How do I know which setup is right for my machine?

Our team can recommend the ideal configuration based on your loader model, application, and operating conditions.
