EXTREME Flotation for EXTREME Conditions

Some of the best farmland in Michigan is also some of the spongiest ground you’ll find: an old riverbed. And that’s where Dalton and the staff at AAA Turf grow their Kentucky bluegrass sod. The rich muck and peat soil is ideal for growing grass . . . but not so ideal for keeping heavy equipment on top of the ground. When Dalton found a set of oversized flotation tires that he wanted to put on a tractor, he had another challenge: Finding someone who could make them work. Many said it couldn't be done. Working with Dalton’s local tire dealer, Keusch Auto, NTS Tire Supply helped develop a custom tire and wheel setup that gives Dalton the flotation he needs without sacrificing the tractor's turning radius. Hear Dalton explain how the right tire and wheel setup helps AAA Turf Farms work some of Michigan's most challenging ground.
