Cracking the Case of the Cracking Wheels

Right before harvest, South Dakota farmer Scott Slepikas discovered cracked wheels on his Case IH combine. A local tire shop had already burned through its inventory of replacements. So Scott decided that it would be wise to seek out a longer-lasting solution. In the end, Scott decided to mount a set of our HD straddle duals, which are built to perform under pressure and prevent pesky cracks from bringing harvest to a halt. As he told us, “these should last me as long as I want to farm.”
